Ask us about Pet's Best Insurance. Insurance can help you make those unexpected larger payments in full to our office, while allowing you the time to pay it off in monthly installments or be reimbursed by insurance.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH INSURANCE TO CHOOSE?
We've done the research for you! "Pet's Best" pet Insurance gives you comprehensive coverage at a great price. We recommend the sickness and injury "plus" or "elite" plan with 90% reimbursement level. Choose the yearly deductible you are comfortable with. Check them out to get an immdeiate quote.
Payment and insurance plans give you peace of mind when your pet is sick or injured. It is great knowing you can give your pet the best care without the concern of your finances. Payment is due at the time of service. We are not able to bill.

BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY
At West End Veterinary Office, we understand that situations can come up unexpectedly. We do however ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. When you book an appointment, we block out time from our schedule just for you and your pet and turn away all other service requests for that time.
Should something come up where you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you kindly give us a minimum of 12 hours cancellation notice. Due to the high demand of our services, and to be fair to our staff and all our clients, our booking and cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
*Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and require future bookings to be pre-paid in cash or with a valid credit card, in advance.
* Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate repeated missed appointments or cancellations, when given less than 12 hours’ notice.
Please understand that our business is based on the services we provide, and that our scheduled appointments and procedures keep our doors open, so we can continue to serve you. While we understand that last minute work meetings and unplanned doctor visits happen every day, we must conduct business as usual. This cancellation policy allows us the time necessary to reschedule these appointments for our clients who have been placed on a wait list or for a pet who has just become ill. We truly thank you for your understanding and look forward to serving you in the future.

West End Veterinary Office understands there are times when an unexpected medical need can create an unexpected expense. This is why we offer CareCredit and Scratch Pay pet healthcare financing as an option to help you finance the cost of keeping your pet heathy.
CARE CREDIT
How does it work?
CareCredit is a credit card limited to unique services and which has flexible financing options such as 6 months interest free billing. It can be used for all your veterinary needs from well care to emergencies and dental procedures helping to ensure that pets get the care they need, and pet owners get the peace of mind they deserve.

Scratch Pay
The TAKE5 plan allows a loan of up to $1000 with no credit check. This loan needs be repaid according to terms in 2 months time. This plan is great for lower cost emergencies and illnesses.
